Petit Nordic runs the online shop at petitnordic.com. You can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect

When you order or write to us we receive your name, email address, delivery address, the toys you want and anything else you put in your message. We only have your phone number if you give it to us.

We never ask for card details on this website or by email. When we send a payment link, you pay on our payment provider's page and we never see your full card number.

How we use it

To confirm and send your order, to answer your questions, to issue refunds, and to keep the tax and accounting records the law requires. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing email unless you ask for it.

Who else sees it

Only the people who need it to complete your order: the carrier that delivers it (name and address), our payment provider, and our email host. They may use your data only for that purpose.

This website

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. Your cart is kept in your browser's local storage and stays on your device until you send us an order.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Messages to support are kept only as long as needed to help you and to record what we agreed.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law lets you. Email [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days.

If we change this page, the date at the top changes too.
