Using this site

By placing an order with Petit Nordic you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not order.

Products and prices

We describe and photograph every toy as accurately as we can. Sizes are approximate. Colours on a screen can differ a little from the real toy. Prices are in EUR. The price you see when you place an order is the price you pay. If we spot an obvious pricing mistake we will tell you and let you confirm or cancel before anything is charged.

Age labels and small parts

Every toy page shows the age it is meant for and our toys are tested to the European toy safety standard EN 71. Toys for children aged 3 and over can still contain small parts that are a choking hazard for younger children. Please follow the age label and supervise play.

How orders work

An order is a request until we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a toy is out of stock or the details look wrong. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

Payment

Once we have confirmed the total, including shipping, we send you a payment link. Payment is taken by our payment provider. You are charged only for what we confirmed. The charge appears on your statement as PETITNORDIC.COM.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.

Liability

As far as the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
