Shipping and returns

Sending your order

We send orders within 2 business days of confirming them. When the parcel is on its way you get an email with tracking details.

Delivery time and cost

Delivery takes 3 to 8 business days across Europe. Other regions and remote areas can take longer. Shipping is €4.00 per order, and free when the items come to €59.00 or more.

If you order from outside the country we ship from, your local customs office may charge import duty or tax. Those charges are not included in our prices and are paid by the buyer.

Returns

You can return unused toys in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email [email protected] with your order number and we will send you the return details. You pay the return postage unless the toy was faulty or we sent the wrong one.

Refunds

We refund the price of the returned items to the payment method you used, within 5 to 10 business days of receiving them. Original shipping is refunded only if the return is our mistake.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

Tell us within 14 days of delivery and include a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, postage included. If a toy breaks in a way that leaves sharp edges or loose small parts, stop using it and write to us straight away.

Cancelling an order

Email us before the parcel is sent and we will cancel the order and refund it in full.

Charges on your card statement

Payments to Petit Nordic appear on your statement as PETITNORDIC.COM. If you do not recognise a charge, write to [email protected] first with the date and the amount. We can usually find the order, or refund the charge, within one business day.
